Flooding will be the biggest concern for Gulf Coast states east of Texas. The Storm Prediction Center has a "marginal risk" for the coastal regions of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and northwestern Florida. “Tropical storms like Cristobal can still be prolific tornado producers, especially when making landfall on the Gulf Coast,” said CNN meteorologist Brandon Miller.
