It’s been nearly a year since 53 migrants died in the back of a tractor-trailer on San Antonio’s Southwest Side. Their lives have been honored in a makeshift memorial.

As the days pass, the memorial for the victims found dead in an 18-wheeler grows along Quintana Rd.

Lily Marlene Hernandez has been calling every government agency and consulate office she can think of and local hospitals to find her brother, 20-year-old Pablo Hernandez.
