"Taking it to your street!" - A VIRTUAL CONTEST
With the success of the first City-Wide Porch Parade and the collaboration between the Battle of Flowers Association and the Fiesta Flambeau Parade Association, Inc, the second Porch Parade began Monday, Feb. 28 and will end with a live broadcast produced by KSAT TV to air on Friday, March 25, 2022, just prior to the kick-off of Fiesta 2022.
The two largest street parades will return to Fiesta San Antonio in 2022 on April 8 and 9 respectively. For the second year, The Battle of Flowers and Fiesta Flambeau Parades are also collaborating on a safe, virtual event designed to encourage and support the spirit of celebration by holding a city-wide decorating competition for residences, schools and businesses.
