A city survey last year made it crystal clear that teenagers are struggling with their mental health. Now they're following up with a second survey, again written by teens themselves.

It is the first local survey of it's kind – created by teenagers, for teenagers. The questionnaire about mental health issues was released Tuesday for teens ages 12-19.
