SAPD releases body-worn camera footage of SWAT officers engaging in gun battle with ex-BCSO deputy

Jose Vazquez, 43, was shot multiple times by bullets fired by Officer Jesse Noriega during a standoff that started at approximately 2 a.m. on Jan. 9 in the 6900 block of Timbercreek Drive on the far West Side. He was charged with two counts of deadly conduct with a firearm and aggravated assault against a public servant.
