SAQ: Owner of San Antonio’s Big Hops gives update on where bars, taverns stand on reopening

Big Hops owner Rob Martindale said the “Turn Up the Lights” initiative between 6-10 p.m. is an effort to “show unity and solidarity with the bar tavern and nightclubs here in Texas or all across the state.”
