Pope appoints new auxiliary bishop of San Antonio

Pope Francis has appointed a new auxiliary bishop of San Antonio. Reverend Gary W. Janak is a priest of the Diocese of Victoria. Currently, he serves as rector of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Victory and vicar general and chancellor of the Diocese of Victoria.
