Deputies search for wanted convicted sex offender for failure to comply with registration requirements, KCSO says

The Kerr County Sheriff's Office is looking for Tony Tovar, a convicted sex offender who has two active warrants for failing to comply with his registration requirements. Anyone with information is asked to call Kerr County Crime Stoppers at 830-896-8477.
