USAA alerts members of fraudsters seeking to collect passwords, personal information

USAA is warning its members about fraudsters calling local residents and pretending to be from the bank. The company said the scammers try to get members to provide passwords and other personal information. USAA said it will never call members to ask them for PINs, passwords or other personal details. It also said members should not respond to any email to update their information. Call the bank directly or visit USAA's website yourself when in doubt.
