San Antonio pilot program yields 8,400 noise complaint calls within 6 months

A 6-month pilot program to help find a solution to deal with San Antonio's noise complaints wrapped up with more than 8,400 calls. Of that, there were only 155 citations handed out. KSAT's Patty Santos reports on what comes next for the noise ordinance task force.
