Victim killed in shooting near Converse identified

The Bexar County Medical Examiners Office has released the name of a victim killed in a shooting near Converse. The victim was identified as Roger Allen, 31. The shooting happened on Monday at a home on Moonrock near Wagner High School. Bexar County sheriff's deputies said a 19-year-old told dispatchers he shot Allen after getting into an argument. No charges have been filed.
