Receipt, surveillance video link teen to stolen car, BCSO says

Bexar County deputies say 17-year-old Bryan Xavier Salazar was linked to a car that was stolen last week. When investigators found the car, they spotted a receipt, which led them to a restaurant. That's where deputies found surveillance video showing Salazar using the stolen vehicle. Deputies arrested him Wednesday.
