Two Uvalde CISD police officers leave department

Two Uvalde school district police officers have left the force. According to the Uvalde Leader-News, officers Adrian Gonzales and Ruby Gonzalez left the Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District on Jan. 1, but it's unclear why. The Texas House Committee investigative report found both officers responded to the Robb Elementary shooting on May 24, 2022.
