Voters in 6 Texas cities have tried decriminalizing pot - how did they fare?

The San Antonio Justice Charter Prop A would prohibit police from arresting, or even citing people, for most cases of pot possession under four ounces. Voters in six other Texas cities have approved similar measures with varying results.
