U-Haul driver faces multiple charges after crashing into a security barrier near White House

A man is facing multiple federal charges after police say he drove a U haul truck onto the sidewalk. The FBI did a search of the rental truck to see whether there was any explosives, none were found. However, inside that U-haul van, police found a flag with a swastika, a backpack and a roll of duct tape.
