Video shows big rig driving wrong way on I-35; DPS says truck was carrying 12 immigrants

DPS said the truck driver refused to stop for a traffic violation and drove the wrong way on I-35 in La Salle County. The truck eventually stopped and 12 migrants bailed from the vehicle, DPS said. The driver was arrested.
