Lower water levels increase tubing time on Comal River

The July 4 holiday and the heat brought out tubers along the Comal River on Tuesday, but hot and dry conditions mean the trip down the river is a little different this year. With water levels dropping, the time it takes has significantly slowed down to 3.5 hours.
