Houston man missing since 2015 details 'horrific' past 8 years

We're learning new details about a Houston man found alive more than eight years after he was reported missing. Rudy Farias spoke to police on Wednesday nearly a week after he was found. He was reported missing as a 17-year-old in 2015. A local activist told reporters that Farias said he was home the entire time. Quanell X walked Farias out of the hotel, where he was interviewed on Wednesday. He said Farias told him he dealt with years of abuse and neglect at the hands of his mother.
