City council to vote on funding for homes in need of repairs to qualify for  Casa Verde program

On Thursday, the San Antonio city council is set to vote on providing funding for homes not qualifying for CPS Energy’s Casa Verde program, which helps low-income customers better insulate and weatherize their homes.
