Car wash damaged in fire near Exxon gas station, SAFD says

A car wash on the Southeast Side was dealt damage after it caught fire Sunday afternoon. It happened at the car wash attached to the Exxon gas station near the corner of East Southcross and New Braunfels Avenue. Fire crews were able to put out the flames quickly and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
