August career fair held by Bexar County Sheriff's Office

The Bexar County Sheriff's Office held its career fair this month, inviting visitors who are curious about starting careers in law enforcement. They're hoping applicants will be drawn to recent pay raises just approved that rival other law enforcement agencies. BCSO said detention deputies will receive a $2,000 signing bonus with a starting salary of $45,000 that increases every year they serve.
