Gorillas returning to San Antonio Zoo after 32 years

The San Antonio Zoo has shared its plans for expansion. According to President and CEO of the SA Zoo Tim Morrow, the zoo's first focus will be on opening a brand new entrance for visitors this year, which will be in use by late November. Then by early 2025, a gorilla habitat will return to the zoo, which has been absent since 1991, along with a new event center.
