SAWS to issue citations for those not complying with water restrictions

San Antonio Water System officials said despite being in Stage 2 water restrictions and calls for conservation, some customers are ignoring watering rules. To remind customers of the restrictions, SAWS is increasing patrols and will be issuing citations to customers who aren't following the rules.
