Driver of ‘suspicious’ vehicle in New Braunfels flees officers, crashes into van on Loop 410, police say

The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. in the 4100 block of Northeast Loop 410 southbound, not far from Interstate 35 and Space Center Drive.
