Sandy Oaks City Council member pleads guilty to grooming a minor

A would-be politician with a checkered past. He was trying to run for City Council in Sandy Oaks in South Bexar County until we learned he pleaded guilty to trying to groom a teenage girl online. KSAT's Garrett Brnger looks at the man's record and shows us what happened when we started asking questions.
