Hundreds get free flu shot in drive-thru clinic

Virus season is off to a strong start and the KSAT Community team is welcoming people to roll up their sleeves to get their flu vaccine. With some help from Bexar County and University Health, hundreds of people were able to get them at a drive-thru clinic Saturday morning at the Dub Farris Athletic Complex. University Health pharmacists say this was one part of a big city-wide effort to keep the community healthy.
