100-year-old veteran chosen as Veterans Day Parade grand marshal

Leading off the Veterans Day Parade in New Braunfels starting at 10 a.m. will be a hometown “boy” who survived the bloody beaches of Normandy, only to be seriously wounded in the Battle of the Bulge.
