People who got vehicles towed from rodeo event to get refunds

A number of attendees to the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Barbecue Cook-Off who had their vehicles towed from what they believed was an authorized parking lot will get refunded towing and parking fees, the owner of the parking lot said.
