I-35 drivers fed up with traffic jam caused by crash, spill of contaminated vegetables

A truck carrying a load of vegetables, quarantined for containing insect larvae, crashed overnight on Interstate 35, south of Rittiman Road. Hours later, the spilled load continued to cause traffic problems.
