Video: Accused shoplifter chased down by Albuquerque police officers on horseback

Footage released by the Albuquerque Police Department shows a shoplifting suspect attempting to evade mounted police on March 20. The suspect was caught and charged with shoplifting, evading police, and possession of drug paraphernalia, officials said.
