TUESDAY AT 10: DPS trooper who shot, killed man earlier this year now being sued

A Texas DPS trooper's use of force is being called into question after he shot and killed a man in Converse in April. Coming up on the Nigthbeat on Tuesday, that trooper is now being sued.
