WATCH: Judge denies motion to dismiss part of Brad Simpson's indictment

Judge Joel Perez denied a motion to dismiss part of the murder indictment against Brad Simpson, who is accused in the disappearance and presumed murder of his wife, Suzanne Clark Simpson.
