Here's what happens to the leftover shells after Fiesta Oyster Bake is over

Remember all of those oysters you ate during Fiesta? Well, the shells didn’t go into the trash. They’re actually a part of a bigger Texas conservation process. We hit the road to show you the hard work happening out of the Harte Institute to rehabilitate our oyster reefs.
