Cutting down decades-old live oaks for development? Residents argue it’s illegal

Neighbors say the Lennar construction company doesn’t have the right to private property to cut down 50-70 year old live oak trees along Scenic Route in Helotes for the Guajolote Ranch Development, the construction company says they do. Now the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is involved.
