Ingram woman recalls seeing, hearing cries for help while escaping floods

Julia Hatfield was staying in her RV which was next to the HTR Campground cabins in Ingram. She and her husband were able to escape but what she witnessed happening around her is devastating. Her RV and more than 20 others were swept away. Including all the cabins. Even though she has lost everything she was still out Sunday trying to help others.
