KSAT Investigates obtains call logs connected to deadly July 4 floods in Kerr County

As early as 3:30 a.m. on the morning of July 4, emergency dispatchers across Kerr County began receiving 911 calls after the Guadalupe River flooded, according to call logs obtained by KSAT Investigates. Dispatchers fielded more than 370 calls that day.
