District 8 councilwoman arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, records show

San Antonio City Council District 8 Councilwoman Ivalis Meza Gonzalez was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, according to a warrant obtained by KSAT.
