Man charged with capital murder of Stacey Dramiga after DNA match

Samuel Aquim Charon, 23, was booked into the Bexar County Adult Detention Center on Wednesday. He faces two charges: capital murder, a first-degree felony, and tampering with a human corpse, a second-degree felony, Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar said in a Wednesday evening news conference.
