Does law enforcement have to wait 24 hours to declare an adult missing? That's the question KSAT had after speaking with the mother of Brianna Aguilera, a Texas A&M student who died in Austin after the football game Saturday. Her mother said Austin police told her they had to wait 24 hours, but local and state agencies have different protocols.
