Former JBSA-Fort Sam Houston official deemed ‘flight risk’ in court order from district judge

The former banking chief for Installation Management Command at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, accused of stealing more than $500,000 from the U.S. government, will not be released before his trial, according to a court order.
