WATCH: Major Jones, civil rights activist Dolores Huerta discuss potential election shift

San Antonio Mayor Gina Ortiz Jones and civil rights activist Dolores Huerta were joined by several community leaders Thursday morning on the steps of City Hall to discuss whether or not they city will move elections from May to November in odd-numbered years for future mayor and city council representatives. City Council is set to vote on the matter on Thursday.
