KSAT's Devan Karp reports from outside a Northeast Side resiliency hub on Sunday morning, with a frozen leaf in hand. There are six resiliency centers open across San Antonio. The centers will operate from 6 a.m. Saturday through noon Monday, providing residents a safe and warm place to stay.
