WATCH: Rep. Castro, Texas Democratic lawmakers discuss conditions at Dilley detention facility

U.S. Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-San Antonio) was joined by other Texas Democratic lawmakers Wednesday at City Hall in downtown San Antonio to discuss their visit with 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos and his father, Adrian Alexander, at an immigration detention facility in Dilley.
