‘Hey, did you get shot?’: SA man relives moment angry driver took aim at 10-year-old daughter

San Antonio police said an angry driver took aim at a family on a Northwest side street Friday morning. Police later said Friday that a suspect has been located, arrested and charged in connection with the shooting.
