Uvalde CISD superintendent announces resignation from district, will join Pflugerville ISD

In a letter to parents Friday morning, Superintendent Ashley Chohlis announced her resignation. KSAT obtained a copy of Chohlis’ letter. Her departure will go into effect on April 7, 2026, according to the letter.
