New Braunfels City Council to decide on controversial zoning change for proposed housing project

The New Braunfels Planning Commission approved a zoning change for a housing development on the city's West Side. Though nearby neighbors are pointing to several concerns, they plan to take those issues to City Council later this month ahead of the vote.
