McAllen father speaks to the media after being released from ICE Detention Center

Two members of the Gámez-Cuéllar family, Antonio Gámez-Cuéllar, 18, and Caleb Gámez-Cuéllar, 14, are members of McAllen High School’s eight-time state championship Mariachi Oro band. Antonio Gámez-Cuéllar was released from a detention center in Raymondville in South Texas, close to the U.S.-Mexico border. The rest of the family was released from the South Texas Family Residential Center in Dilley. Monday night the family spoke to the cameras about the reunion.
