$91M East Side apartment development gets green light.mp4

Construction has begun at a 1-acre lot on the corner of Commerce and Cherry St. that will soon be a 279-unit mixed-income apartment community. Plans for the development were approved by the Historic and Design Review Commission back in October of last year.  The development will have one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
