SAPD: 4 injured, 18-wheeler catches fire in multi-vehicle crash on I-35 near downtown

A four-vehicle crash on Interstate 35 sent four people to the hospital, caused an 18-wheeler to catch fire and brought Friday morning traffic to a halt.
