SAPD: Officers save 55-year-old man’s life after he was hit by car, shot multiple times on West Side

Authorities said officers found the victim, a 55-year-old man, unresponsive Sunday afternoon outside a Family Dollar store in the 1800 block of South Zarzamora Street.
